The challenges include not knowing exactly what you want or need, that step up seems to be so expensive, or simply the house you view looks completely different to what you were expecting. We can help. We can view the properties for you, take better photos and videos, and take more dimensions. Estate agents know what your parameters are and what you’ll pay, but we are solely focused on you the buyer. We do a lot of legwork, help with viewings, communicate on your behalf with the seller or the agent. If you are looking to rent out, we can help with knowing your returns, knowing the area and the potential yield. We save you time and money.

Regardless of what our circumstances are, most of us look at moving in/out of an area at some point. This could be to invest in an up-and-coming area, the desire for a particular postcode, new family and friends, or be closer to family and friends. Most of us can find a lot of information on the internet, but you never truly get a feel for a property or an area until you have been there or have the exact information you need. We can help. We can take photos and videos of property and surrounding areas, gather better information on schools, local hobbies, clubs, sports and development in and around the area.

How we save you money
If you see a property you like, we simply use our expertise to buy this for you at a reduced rate. We do this by having a greater understanding of local and market knowledge and negotiating with the seller or estate agent. This may sound simple and to us it is, however, many people will find challenges in doing this, either they don’t have time, the estate agent or seller is asking too much, or you feel rude by asking or you simply don’t know what to offer, we take care of all the negotiating.
For example, say you see a property you like, and it is advertised for £200k, we negotiate, and an offer is accepted at £180k you save £20k minus our 1% fee which in this case would be £2000. You save £18k.

Most people work full time and even if you don’t you don’t really have time to keep taking calls from the estate agent or keep viewing properties that don’t match up to the photo or aren’t really what you want. We take the headache out of buying a property. Whether you are a first-time buyer or upsizing/downsizing or an investor nobody wants to waste time so we can be your main point of contact from the seller or agent, we can even take all the correspondence for you.
