Our Fees
With 3 comprehensive solutions we have an affordable option for everyone.
The Straight Forward Solution
- We only negotiate the price for you. Our initial fee is £750.
- 50% is payable from day 1 and the other 50% to be paid when your offer is accepted.
The Next Level Solution
- As per The Straight Forward Solution but in addition we will help:
- Select and view properties for you
- Take more photos and videos if need be
- Travel to view properties.
- We charge an hourly rate plus travel expenses.
The Platinum Solution
- As per The Next Level Solution but in addition we will help:
- To obtain quotes from tradesmen if needed
- Find the right solicitor
- Source finance solutions
- With near by schools and local information
- With project management
- We charge an hourly rate plus travel expenses.
For all options we take 1% of the final purchase price, only if we save you more than 2.5% of the original asking price. This is paid upon completion of your purchase.
For example, say you see a property you like, and it is advertised for £200k, we negotiate, and an offer is accepted at £180k you save £20k minus our 1% fee which in this case would be £2000. You save £18k.
